Welcome to the Different View.
We are living a time of great transformation. Everything feels off almost like floating. There is no firm foundation and everything has been called into question.
If you feel this and are dissatisfied, this is for you. I have spent over a decade trying studying what people and governments have done during similar periods.
The vast majority of our issues are distractions. It may not be some coordinated scheme by those in power but the results are the same. We spend so much time and energy fighting petty battles that we never strike at the root.
What I can tell you is, YOU MUST ACT. We are not the baby boomers who are bequeathed relative peace and prosperity.
Likewise, we do not have the luxury to sit back and hope it gets better. Nor are pathetic actions such as taking to Social Media or voting enough.
Action starts with you. You must, if not already, make yourself better.
It is not enough to engage in wishful thinking one way or the other
It is not enough to say, “this happened before”
Its not enough to shirk your responsibility of doing what humans have done from the beginning of time to today: Understand and enforce societal norms.
We can not live according to “do whatever you want so long as it does not hurt someone else? Where has this gotten us? How much longer until we all see that this does not work because our actions matter. How we live our lives matters even if it is “hurting” someone right this second. Death by a thousand paper cuts.
Enforcing norms and standards is difficult and hard and it means that some people will not like it. But this is what makes for a health society.
It is a universal law that true love and compassion means you must enforce standards / we must have structure
Those who agree must come together and by so doing make the world better for, a bad thing left unattended only gets worse and worse.

To gather a group of like minded people who want to change this world but are not happy with any person, party, or solution offered.
The Different View is the starting point for a great endeavor to solve the crisis of modernity. Knowing we should be doing things differently is one thing. Taking action on that knowledge is something else entirely. All it takes are a few people who believe, and they can move mountains. In the beginning we must define the problems and gather like-minded people together. After that, anything is possible.
